We are looking to appoint, as soon as possible, a dynamic, highly-skilled Estates Manager to lead the management of the property and land portfolio across the Collaborative Learning Trust, including the delivery of a quality estates services support function and responsibility for all aspects of health & safety.  This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader with outstanding technical and project management skills to work as part of the Trust’s Operational Leadership Team.  The role will be based at Prince Henry's Grammar School, Otley.

The successful candidate will:

• Be an experienced team leader with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Have a track record of success in an Estates / Facilities Management environment

• Have a degree or equivalent professional qualification in a relevant discipline, or appropriate work experience

• Have an up to date, relevant health & safety qualification (e.g. IOSH)

• Have detailed knowledge of health & safety legislation and statutory compliance relevant to an educational setting

• Have strong project management skills

• Have a proven capacity to think strategically and to work innovatively, both independently and as part of a team
