We wish to appoint an experienced Estates Manager to be responsible for all aspects of site management including a wide range of duties and responsibilities connected with the fabric and grounds of the Academy. This includes security, cleanliness, porterage, managing and monitoring contracts/contractors, routine maintenance and refurbishment. The successful applicant will hold recognised training/qualifications associated with premises management, have previous staff management experience and have an ability to understand and apply Health & Safety regulations including COSHH, Asbestos, and Legionella etc. Previous experience in a school environment would be desirable, but not essential. The successful candidate will also undertake a trust wide role in relation to estates management.
