Radnor House Sevenoaks is seeking to appoint an experienced, highly organised and professional Estates Manager who will pro-actively manage our school facilities and deliver high standards of site supervision and effective use of resources to enhance the learning environment for students and staff.
In this role you would be responsible for the strategic management and development of the school facilities and estate along with associated day to day operational management including ensuring H&S legislation is complied with at all times in line with the Schools H&S Policy and recommended codes of practice.
You must have relevant qualifications and experience in a similar role, excellent IT skills and be able to handle a busy and varied work load. We need a self-starter with a high level of time management and planning skills.
