Located in St Albans and set on approximately 8 acres overlooking the historic Cathedral, St Columba's College now has an exciting opportunity for an experienced, suitably qualified and proactive Estates Manager to lead on the delivery of the College estates strategy.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in delivering multiple building projects from planning to completion whilst overseeing and managing external contractors to ensure successful delivery. Excellent team leadership and interpersonal skills are essential in order to lead, motivate and develop the Estates team and external contractors so that the College buildings and grounds are maintained and presented to the highest standards and to assure Health & Safety on the school site.
