We are seeking to appoint a competent and experienced individual to provide administrative and secretarial support to the Estates and Grounds Teams. The appointee will be responsible with liaising with contractors, manage and maintain daily maintenance issues, monitor and maintain the estates and grounds teams booking in/our register and maintain a filing system. The role reports to the Estate Manager.

The successful candidate will possess a can-do attitude to all tasks, have strong written and verbal communication and an ability to prioritise and manage workload . They'll be co-operative, helpful and accommodating with other team members and staff whilst promoting a professional image at all times. They will maintain positive, courteous relations

with pupils, parents and colleagues.

The working hours are 7am - 3pm, 4 days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday).

This long-established and well-known preparatory school educates boys aged 3 to 13 (girls 3 to 4), preparing them for entrance and scholarship examinations to independent London day schools and boarding schools across the country. Re-branded in 2011, the school aims to challenge boys in their pursuit of excellence and to inspire each pupil to realise his full potential. Sport, Music and Art are encouraged to a high standard. There are many out-of-school activities, including a wide variety of holiday trips.
