King Edward’s School and King Edward VI High School for Girls are seeking a part-time Evening Sports Lettings and Facilities Supervisor to supervise the use of the Schools’ sports facilities and other buildings by organisations and individuals and to act as the on-site first point of contact for evening lettings and bookings.

The jobholder will report to the Arts and Events Manager, and work closely with the Sports Lettings and Facilities Coordinator who shares many of the key responsibilities. For the right candidate, there is a strong likelihood of progression to the role of Sports Lettings and Facilities Coordinator, which is a permanent position, from September 2022.

Hours: The role is a part-time temporary position starting as soon as possible. The successful candidate will work 15 hours per week, 6.00pm to 9.00pm Monday to Friday all year round.

Salary: The salary is £23,700 FTE, actual salary £9,608 per annum.
