Clifton High School is seeking a dynamic Events Co-ordinator to lead the planning and execution of exciting campaigns and memorable events for our vibrant community and prospective families. This pivotal role requires exceptional organizational skills and a passion for delivering engaging experiences that showcase our School’s ethos and excellence.
About the Role
You will oversee a diverse calendar of events, from recurring and seasonal gatherings to standalone educational functions. These include parents’ evenings, staff training days, annual celebration events, and school productions, taking place during school hours, weekday evenings, and occasional weekends. You will be responsible for the organisation, promotion and communications around the event, practical delivery and running of the School’s engaging and diverse events, requiring you to be pro-active, hard-working, highly organised and personable.
Working Hours
- This is a predominantly term-time role, working 42.5 hours per week, provisionally set as 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
- Flexibility is required for evening events occurring most weeks, as well as occasional weekend commitments.
- A 30-minute unpaid break (typically taken at lunch) is included.
- Attendance at annual School events and CPD training days is required.
· Outside of term time there are fourteen days to be worked during the holidays.
