Portland Place School is looking for a flexible, calm and self-disciplined invigilator to help prepare the Data & Exams Manager for the examination season. This is a crucial time for the school, staff and students alike, and the successful candidates will be able to react quickly to changing situations and interact with students in a firm and friendly manor.


The successful candidate will meet all the requirements of the person specification, will receive strongly supported references and be subject to enhanced criminal record checks. Portland Place is a mixed, non-selective, non-denominational school for students aged 10-16, situated in central London. It is an independent school with a total of around 230 pupils. Portland Place School offers both traditional day school and hybrid school entry.

Portland Place was founded in 1996 at its present site. The Headmaster is Mr David Bradbury.
