Monday – Thursday  8:00am-4:00pm and Friday 8:00am-3:30pm

(with a half an hour unpaid break each day)

We would consider applications on a part time basis for 30 hours a week including working Wednesday – Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm (with a half an hour unpaid break each day)

Term Time Only plus one week (to support with exam results)

Kingsbury School is looking for an Examination, Assessment and Curriculum Officer to jointly lead our assessment, curriculum and exams team with an existing part-time officer. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a team that is fundamental to demonstrating the successes of the School.   You will be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient provision of information and systems relating to data, assessment and curriculum management.  

You will have strong ICT and data analysis skills and be an excellent communicator who has a flexible approach to your work. If you are a highly motivated, pro-active and well-organised person who has a keen eye for detail and accuracy we would like to hear from you.  The successful candidate will be a team player with a proactive approach to work. You will line manage the Schools Data Exams and Assessment Assistant and owing to the nature of the role, an ability to relate to the Schools students is crucial.

You will have responsibility for the production of statistical returns and reports as well as overseeing the administrative element of timetabling and options management.  Knowledge of data collection and using SIMS and/or NovaT6 would be desirable, although relevant training will be provided on all aspects of the role
