Chichester College is recruiting for a highly motivated Examinations Co-ordinator to manage all aspects of internal and external examinations at the College, including ensuring that the Awarding Organisation, JCQ and other relevant regulations are adhered to at all time.
This is an important and challenging role which sits in the centre of the academic processes of the College and involves close interaction with students, senior staff, and a team of Invigilators. You will have a good eye for detail and work efficiently with the Director of Information & Funding to provide an outstanding service to our customers. Proven effective communication/organisational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines are paramount. You will enjoy working as part of a team, but will be comfortable working under your own initiative as the post demands.

Chichester College is a mixed, non-selective, non-denominational, general further education college situated in West Sussex. It is a 16-plus institution with two main sites in Chichester and Pulborough, plus further outreach centres in Bognor Regis, Littlehampton and Worthing. It has links to local employers, most of a small to medium size.
Chichester College of Arts, Science and Technology, as it was formerly known, opened in 1964. Chichester College has been offering work-based training since 1996. It has approximately 10,897 part-time learners and 3,732 full-time students.
