From July 2018 we are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and suitably experienced person as our Examinations Officer. The successful person will be calm, confident and reliable with a ‘can do’ approach to their work. Responsibilities will include the administration of all external and internal examinations; understanding and adhering to all JCQ regulations; liaising with senior leaders, teachers and associate staff to ensure the smooth running of all examination procedures; recruiting, training and managing a team of invigilators and organising results days. You will be required to attend results days in August each year.
The successful candidate will have excellent IT skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office and SIMS with an ability to work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Salary for this term-time post depends on experience but will be in the range of APT & C points 26 – 29 + fringe, paid pro-rata based on the hours worked. (actual salary range: £20,754pa to £23,018pa + £745pa)
