CHULMLEIGH COMMUNITY COLLEGE

Grade D (£9.78 per hour)

Permanent - 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year from 1 September 2018

We are looking to appoint a confident, well organised professional to work in this pivotal school role. Ideally, the successful applicant will have experience in management and administration of the exam process and relevant exam cycles. Knowledge of SIMS would be an advantage. This is an important role within the Academy and we are seeking an individual with good IT skills who is methodical and able to liaise effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including pupils, parents and staff.

The successful candidate will manage the exams process to ensure the overall smooth running of internal and external examinations, ensuring that all related administration and preparation is undertaken.

Attention to detail and accurate record-keeping is essential as the postholder will need to work flexibly and organise their own workload and priorities in order to meet the examination deadlines. The postholder will need a calm, positive manner combined with good interpersonal and communication skills. The role will include responsibility for the management and training of the invigilators and exam support team.
