The Role

We are looking for a highly organised, IT literate and pro-active individual to support the administration of our busy examinations department. You will be working as part of the data and examinations team. This is a development role and as such, you will benefit from an extensive CPD (continuing professional development) programme to help you progress. You will play a vital role in the organisation and delivery of internal and external examinations in our centre.

You will be a confident communicator, you will be able to articulate and deal calmly and sensitively with teachers, invigilators, students, parents and examination board representatives.

We are looking for a suitably experienced, enthusiastic, driven, hardworking individual who is able to use their own initiative.

A proven track record in administration and strong attention to detail along with the ability to cope with conflicting demands will be fundamental to your success within this role. Ideally, you will have experience and knowledge of examinations and educational data management but this is not essential for applicants.

Hours of work are 36 hours each week during term time. You will be expected to have a flexible approach to the work and the hours required with an extra 2 weeks each year to be worked during August to process the Examination results.

Please refer to the job description and person specification, which gives further information in relation to this role.
