Job overview
We’re now looking for an Exams Administrator to take day to day responsibility for the examination administration at Carshalton and Merton Colleges.
Reporting to the Senior Exams Administrator, you will manage the examination and assessment processes following the exam year calendar for a wide variety of qualification areas determined by awarding body or School which include Functional Skills, ESOL, HE, City & Guilds, and other awarding bodies’ TPE qualifications for the likes of electricians, health & social care, hair/beauty therapists etc.
Some knowledge and experience of working in exams is preferred but demonstration of relevant administrative, communication and organisation skills with an emphasis on attention to detail is a pre-requisite.

Carshalton College is a co-educational further education college based in Sutton. It is a non-denominational school.
The college has been an education provider for over 60 years. It is a major provider of full-time, part-time, apprenticeships, access, undergraduate and supported learning courses.
The college is situated in an environment surrounded by parks and ponds, but within a proximity of the towns of Sutton and Croydon. It is accessible from all areas of south London and its transport links also allow its students to be in the centre of London within 30 minutes.
