We are looking to appoint to the key role of Exam & 6th form Admin Officer from September 2021.
Experience in the management of examination procedures is essential. Importantly you should also be proficient in the use of a range of data systems. Experience of working within a school environment and the usage of SIMS will also be essential. Under the instruction and guidance of the Data Manager the successful candidate will help lead on the operation of internal and external examination sessions throughout the School and provide statistical information on performance. In addition, we would like you to provide Admin support to the 6th form area under the guidance of the Business Manager.
We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic and resilient individual with outstanding ICT skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines. You should have strong interpersonal skills and have the ability to lead, coach and support your invigilator team.
If appointed you will be expected to work on designated days in August when examination results are published.

You will be required to complete an Enhanced DBS check.
