Salary Scale: AAT Grade 5, Points 10-15 Full-Time Equivalent Salary: £21,322-£23,541

Now is the perfect time to join a small and ambitious team of staff to work with us. This follows the exciting news in February that Oak has been selected by the DfE as one of the first 50 schools to be fully rebuilt as part of the current building programme. With work soon to start, we’ll watch with excitement as the new academy is built and finished to welcome students from September 2024.

Oak Academy is seeking to recruit a full time Exams and Assessment Officer, to improve the life outcomes and opportunities for our students and their families.

The successful candidate will be responsible for two key areas of operational management: 

  1. the smooth running and administration of all public examinations, liaising with teachers, students, parents and examination boards in respect of examination requirements, entries, results and communications, ensuring that the Academy adheres to all Awarding Bodies’ regulations. 
  2. the smooth running of all data entry, quality assurance and reporting with regard to our target setting, assessment and reporting processes.

You will have a dynamic, exceptional and creative approach to improving educational outcomes in a way that benefits all children. Pay can be negotiable with relevant experience.
