You will be providing assistance and support for the management of the Examinations and Awards process within the College. This will include assisting with the co-ordination of student award portfolios ready for both internal and external verification and co-ordination of invigilators and exams access arrangements and timetabling.  

You will receive training and support to achieve your intermediate level apprenticeship in customer service. You must have Functional/key skills at Level 1 or above in English and maths or equivalent.
