Support Staff Pay Grade G, points 19-22 (Actual Salary: £17,216- £18,638)
37 hours per week, 40 weeks per year (38 weeks term-time, 5 training days & 5 Days for examination results)
Mon-Thurs: 8.30 am – 4:30 pm (including: 30 minutes lunch)
Fri: 8.30 am – 4:00 pm
We are seeking a highly organised and flexible individual to provide a high quality administrative service which supports the efficient operation of the school in the areas of examinations, data analysis, attendance and admissions.
The role requires a keen eye for detail to enable the maintenance of confidential information in relation to students, admissions and attendance, the day to day co-ordination of Cover Supervisors including timetables, operating systems in keeping with Ofsted requirements and taking full responsibility for all internal exams including arranging exam invigilation.
Experience in a similar role, along with knowledge of SIMs, would be advantageous. Full training will be pro-vided and we offer an excellent employee package.

Wollaston School is a large, rural community school located in a village setting about 15 minutes drive from Northampton. The student intake draws on nearby villages and the towns of Earls Barton, Wellingborough, and Irchester. We have over 1400 students on roll with approximately 240 students in the Sixth Form. The school is over-subscribed. Wollaston School was rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted in May 2023.
