An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Examinations or Student Records professional to join The Trafford College Group (TCG) as our Examinations and Registry Coordinator for the Altrincham and Stretford Campuses, playing a leading role in realising our vision to unlock the potential and foster the success of all our learners.

About you:

We are looking for someone who has experience of supporting or co-ordinating the delivery of a high quality student records, examinations or similar function, ensuring that our records are up to date and accurate and providing an outstanding student focussed examinations service. You will have experience of supervising or leading others, a keen eye for detail, and outstanding organisational skills. Sound knowledge of JCQ Regulations for Examinations, the Examinations function of a school or college, and/or experience of working with student records will give you the knowledge you need to succeed.

The Job:

You will manage & coordinate the Examinations and Student Records function for our Altrincham or Stretford Campuses, working flexibly between the two sites to support your team. You will have responsibility for student and enrolment records, and ensuring compliance with TCG’s policies and procedures as well as JCQ requirements for examinations. As part of the MIS Department management team, you will play an active part in developing processes and the effective use of systems to provide an outstanding service to students, teaching colleagues and other stakeholders.
