With over 40,000 enrolments the efficient co-ordination of examinations across the College is a key priority. We are seeking to recruit a dynamic, organised and enthusiastic individual to fill this post and to help take the Department to the next level. We require an individual who is focused on students and their college experience and who is able to follow structured processes and procedures.

In this post your main priority will be the invigilation of both online and paper based external examinations. You will also assist the Exams Office in all areas of exam administration from processing exam entries to the recording of student achievements.

You must have a good understanding of administrative systems and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office along with excellent time management skills. You must have good communication skills with the ability to deal with people from a variety of different backgrounds and be a good team player. Working to tight deadlines is essential with the ability to work well under pressure.

This post is based at between our Ardleigh Green and Rainham sites but you will be required to work at our other sites when needed. Flexibility is essential within the role. 

The hours of work will be;

Monday             08:30 - 11:30

Tuesday             13:00 - 21:00

Wednesday      09:00 – 15:30

Friday                 09:00 – 15:30

Any offers of appointment may be withdrawn if these checks prove to be unsatisfactory to the College. Self-disclosure will be required as part of the recruitment process.
