Job overview

We are looking for a reliable, flexible and organised Examination Invigilator to work on a casual basis assisting with the administration and preparation of the examination rooms. 

This role will also include supervising pupils during public examinations according to the rules and regulations of JCQ and examining boards.  Assistance may also be required during internal examinations.

Previous experience would be advantageous but not essential as full training is provided.

This position is offered on a casual basis working ‘as and when required’, over six to seven weeks during Summer examinations plus up to three weeks in the Autumn and Spring terms. Flexibility is required with regard to working hours and late finishes.  

Salary: £10.55 per hour

School benefits for casual staff include:

  • Complimentary lunch when working during term-time
  • Use of the School’s Sports Centre (including swimming pool) at designated times
