We are looking to appoint an Examinations officer who will play a pivotal role for the school in the administration, management and conducting of public examinations and key internal school assessments (e.g. Pre-public examinations). This role provides advice and guidance to teaching staff on examinations processes and procedures. As Examinations Officer you will work closely alongside our assistant headteacher and admin team. This post is for 18.5 hours per week, plus 1 week (during August). Working hours Mon-Fri. 

This position is currently based at our Secondary site, Cranbury Road but you may be required to work across sites. The successful person must be available during the summer examination results days to support the administration and analysis of results. This is a demanding position with varied and interesting tasks, as well as being first point of contact for all examination queries. An ability to organise, prioritise work, remain calm and work in a professional manner is required.   

We are a multi-site organisation which includes our College Road Site – Primary and Cranbury Road Site – Secondary and Post 16. We have an Outreach Behaviour Support Team, offer medical tuition and have a Hospital Teaching Service based at Royal Berkshire Hospital.
