• exceptional classroom practitioner for EYFS who wants to make a difference and can rise to a challenge 

• someone who has a track record of consistently high standards in teaching, learning and behaviour management across the EYFS

• true professional, dedicated to children coming first and committed to their own professional development

• hardworking, organised, efficient team lead and a creative team player with drive and ambition

• someone who has ability to work in partnership with pupils, parents, staff, governors, the parish and the wider community with commitment to the school’s Christian ethos
