City and Islington and Westminster Kingsway Colleges merged on the 1st August 2016 to form The WKCIC Group. About the role:

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide administrative and executive assistance support to members of the Group Leadership Team as directed by the Corporate Services Manager. You will provide an effective and efficient customer focused service including diary management, preparing agendas and minutes for meetings, proof reading and editing letters, room bookings, organising catering as well as supporting with general administration and the coordination of committee papers as required. This role involves dealing with highly confidential and organisational sensitive information as well as contact with corporation members, directors, managers, staff/students and external contacts.

About you:

With Level 3 qualifications or above including GCSE English and Maths (A-C) or equivalent, you will have experience in a PA role carrying out a range of administrative support duties and working with senior managers. You will have strong Microsoft Office and ICT skills and excellent organisational and planning skills with attention to detail.  High level of discretion and interpersonal skills with the ability to act diplomatically and with discretion is essential.
