Our Trust consists of 24 schools (in both Primary and Secondary phases) and The Learning Institute (TLI).  Our schools are in relatively close geographical proximity to one another, across south Devon, Plymouth and south east Cornwall.  We are positioned in the heart of the south west peninsula, a stone’s throw from some of the most picturesque countryside and coastal locations in the UK.

This role involves working closely with the CEO and Executive team, calling for the ability to work independently with a high level of initiative and accuracy. The ideal candidate will also have a strong administrative background with excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to remain calm and controlled in a demanding and constantly changing environment. The role will require flexibility in working hours and styles to meet varying demands.  As the first point of contact for the CEO and Executive Team, it is essential that the post holder has a manner which inspires confidence across high levels of interaction.
