Term Time Only + 20 days
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional candidate to assume the role of Executive Assistant to the Head Master, due to the retirement of the current postholder.
This is a key role within Streatham and Clapham High School and requires a charismatic individual who is highly experienced in managing a multi-faceted schedule, whilst remaining always responsive to the individual needs of parents, pupils, staff and of course the Head Master.
Acting as the first line of contact for the Head Master and the Senior Leadership Team, the Executive Assistant will be responsible for diary management and the maintenance of administrative systems.
You will come into contact with a wide range of adults and pupils and will offer a warm welcome to visitors and other contacts whilst operating to the highest professional standards.
The ideal candidate will have worked closely with individuals at a senior level and will be able to demonstrate very clear judgment, courtesy, patience and loyalty, mixed with a degree of firmness. The candidate must be pro-active and a self-starter, motivated to succeed and able to plan ahead and foresee problems as, or preferably before, they arise.
