Executive Head

Due to the retirement of the current Executive Head Teacher, Pelham Academy Trust is looking for an ambitious and experienced leader to continue to lead this outward thinking Trust.

Pelham Academy Trust is a small Multi-Academy Trust based in the London Borough of Bexley. The Trust consists of two primary schools, Pelham Primary School and Normandy Primary School, and both schools have an overall OFSTED rating of Good. Pelham Primary School is a two form entry school with a Nursery and a Hearing Impaired Provision. Normandy Primary School is a three form entry school with a Nursery. Both schools are popular within the Local Authority and pride themselves on their positive and inclusive ethos along with the many achievements they have gained over the years. Schools within the Trust retain their individuality, ethos, uniform, and policies relevant to their school.

The next Executive Head will look to further grow and develop the Trust whilst ensuring good or outstanding practice in all areas to ensure each school reaches its maximum capacity. They will be an outstanding school leader who shares the Trust’s ethos and will achieve even greater success by capitalising on opportunities and navigating challenges in an ever-changing educational landscape.
