We are seeking to appoint an outstanding and ambitious professional to the post of Executive Head Teacher at the Whittonstall and Broomley First Schools Federation. The successful candidate will have the expertise to build upon existing exemplary practice coupled with the drive and ambition to take our schools forward to an exciting future.

Our new Executive Head Teacher will:

  • Be passionate about giving children the best possible school experience, valuing every child and ensuring that they achieve their best
  • Have the motivation and determination to drive school improvement with energy and creativity
  • Show exceptional leadership, management, delegation and communication skills that will inspire pupils, staff, parents and the community
  • Be committed to working constructively with a strong staff team to achieve the Federation’s goals and to support staff in their professional development
  • Continue to embed a culture which is both aspirational and compassionate and is held in high regard by the whole community, in line with the Federation’s stated ethos: ‘Be happy and work hard’.
