The Redhill  Academy Trust is seeking to appoint a new dynamic Executive Headteacher to help build on the Trust’s recent successes as the Trust grows and expands.

The successful candidate will be the designated Headteacher of the Bolsover School whilst also  helping to oversee and build our new  Derbyshire hub of academies,  as one of our  three secondary Academy Group Directors.   They will have the leadership qualities to inspire and encourage staff and students to achieve their very best.  They will have an innovative,  inclusive approach to leadership and work closely with Andrew Burns, our   Executive Principal and CEO. The Bolsover School is a forward - looking 11 - 16 academy  rated Good by Ofsted in 2016 and with a profile of rising student achievement and  oversubscription.

The Redhill Academy Trust, founded in 2010, is a locally  based, growing MAT  in  the East  Midlands, currently consisting of eight  secondaries and three primaries,  whose  headteachers work in close partnership.

The Redhill Trust’s core  purpose of raising student achievement is  eflected in its values,  ethos and working practices.  This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful  expanding Trust.    The Redhill Academy  is also the lead school for the Redhill Teaching School Alliance,  comprising of over 30 schools with a range of ages and abilities.
