Executive Headteacher – On the retirement of our current Executive Headteacher, the Governors, staff and children of The Federation of St. Joseph’s Catholic Schools are seeking to appoint an inspirational leader who has the vision and skills to further develop the effectiveness of our federation and build on the successes of our popular schools, joining us for April 2018 or sooner if possible.
The Executive Headteacher will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, vision and management as well as fulfilling the statutory duties within the Hard Federation, comprising of St Joseph's Catholic Primary School Barking and St Joseph's Catholic Primary School Dagenham.

Both schools currently rated good have happy learners, eager to achieve, with motivated and enthusiastic teams. To build on our successes we are looking for a strong leader who is resourceful and caring and who can bring along continued improvements, building our federation whilst still retaining the unique characteristics at each school.

Our schools have shared Catholic values and a vision which we use to help us achieve the high standards to which we aspire.
