Great Oaks Federation is comprised of St Thomas’ Church of England Primary School and Wyberton Primary School.  With one school Outstanding and the other Good, we are proud of our significant achievements to date. Now we are seeking an exceptional individual, who will continue to build upon our achievements and secure outstanding standards across the Federation.

You will be an excellent communicator, with a proven track record of successfully leading staff and managing resources.  You will know how to secure exceptional outcomes, and with your calm, empathetic approach you will build strong relationships with pupils, parents and staff.  While Wyberton Primary has no denomination, St Thomas’ has a distinctive Church of England ethos, and under you it will continue to be strengthened and developed.
