Comprising three high performing Primary schools – Grazebrook, Shacklewell and Woodberry Down – we are also a teaching school offering a range of teacher training, research, school improvement and professional development opportunities. We seek an inspiring leader to develop New Wave Federation further and ensure our continued success. We seek a visionary and collaborative educationalist who will partner with our three experienced Primary Heads in shaping the further development of their schools while further growing New Wave Federation’s reach and impact.

Our new Executive Headteacher will be a highly creative and visible leader, passionate about working with children from disadvantaged backgrounds and committed to nurturing talent within organisations. The individual will possess a substantial track record of success as a Primary Headteacher or at a more senior level, with first class strategic and communication skills and the ability to form excellent relationships with a diversity of stakeholders. Energetic, entrepreneurial and resilient, the appointee will demonstrate enthusiasm for sharing best practice, for the benefits of embracing world-class technology in Primary education and for fostering broad perspectives in young people. Prior experience in Primary education at Headteacher-level or above is essential.
