We are at an exciting time in our school improvement journey, we are in the process of academising the Federation and this post offers an excellent opportunity for the right person to make a significant impact.

We have a strong church-based ethos and our vision is “God has given each of you a gift from his great variety of spiritual gifts. Use them well to serve one another.” We are looking for a leader who can value and encourage and celebrate the gifts of every member of our school community.

Our schools are located either side of Watton, Norfolk. We have a PAN of 15 for each of our year groups so our classes are often mixed age-classes, experience of this would be an advantage.

Please see our websites for more information: www.thedovefederation.norfolk.sch.uk

We encourage applicants to visit the schools where possible. Please contact the school offices to arrange a visit.

The post holder will need to be able to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing in order to undertake the requirements of the role.
