This is an exciting time to join our Multi Academy Trust. We operate from a Head Office in Ashfield with nine schools in Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire along the M1 corridor. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Trust  and work with our CEO in a new role to coach senior leaders within a cluster of schools and drive school improvement.

We want you to challenge the norm and bring an appetite for change which enables our standards to be the best in sector and provide our students with opportunities and experiences to enhance their life choices, making a positive contribution to the world we share.

We are seeking to appoint a highly successful Headteacher who can offer an impressive track record of leading and delivering sustainable school improvement, impacting on all outcomes and Ofsted grade. An in-depth knowledge of the sector, effective scalable school improvement strategies , charismatic leadership and confidence in knowing what makes outstanding teaching make you a great candidate for this role.
