Permanent |35 hours per week

Term Time +4 weeks (43 weeks per year)

St Paul’s Way Trust School, in association with Queen Mary University of London, is seeking to appoint an exceptionally talented and experienced Personal Assistant. 

The successful candidate will: 

· Be eager to take responsibility for the efficient running of the Executive Headteacher’s office, ensuring discretion and respecting confidentiality at all times

· Present a positive, results-oriented attitude

· Take initiative and complete control over their workload

· Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills including written communication

· Possess the ability to show resourcefulness in dealing with competing deadlines and priorities. 

This is a multifaceted role within an exciting and forward thinking environment. The position offers a wide scope of responsibility. It is a unique opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to provide excellent PA support to the EHT but also to take on an autonomous role on a variety of projects including event management and supporting the media profile for the School. 

St Paul's Way Trust School, a National Teaching School - outstanding in every Ofsted category, now moves into its next exciting phase of expansion as the founding school in the newly formed ‘University School’s Trust’ a Multi-academy Trust led by Queen Mary University of London (lead sponsor).
