We are seeking to appoint an experienced mission-aligned, values-driven Trust Headteacher or Executive Leader. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate an impressive, measurable, and sustained record of crafting a purposeful, motivational, and inclusive culture with exceptional pedagogy at the heart. They will have evidence of leading and implementing strategy with rigour and clarity, investing in people, and demanding remarkably high standards.  

The right candidate will be highly ambitious for our Trust and support our aim to be in the top 10% of all MATs (with current schools). They will work with the CEO and the executive team in growing our family of schools. They will be passionate about creating remarkable schools where no child is left behind and have the aptitude to work at an executive level, yet the humility to work on the ‘front line’ to do whatever it takes to provide great learning in every classroom for every child and young person. 

Initially, this role will involve investing a significant part of the week in one school with a view to building up to working across all three of our phases (Secondary, Primary, Special), therefore an interest in more than secondary is vital for the medium term.
