Executive Headteacher

The Governing Board are seeking to appoint an inspirational, ambitious, practising Catholic as executive headteacher of this newly formed federation. They must have the skills and ability to lead two very unique schools. This is an exciting opportunity as it will be the first federation within the Diocese of Clifton and will hopefully be a beacon and model for others around the diocese to do the same.

We are looking for someone who is outward facing and who will:

• empower all those they work with to achieve their best
• articulate and promote our distinctive identities
• always safeguard the needs of the young people in their care
• promote our schools in the wider community
• always aspire to the highest standards  
• be resilient and self-motivated.

If you think you are the right person that will lead our schools into the future, we would like to hear from you. Visits to the schools are welcome on Monday 5th or Tuesday 20th February. Closing date for applications is 26th February 12 noon with interviews scheduled for 14th and 15th March.
