The governors invite applications for the post of Executive Headteacher for our two federated schools.

Required from September 2017, following the retirement of our present Executive Headteacher, we are seeking a lively, motivated and hardworking leader to build on the strengths of our rural primary schools currently rated 'Good' by Ofsted.

We are seeking an individual who:

  • is an inspiring leader with excellent management and interpersonal skills
  • is a highly effective time and resources manager, with a commitment to ensuring that the needs of the children remain at the centre of what they do
  • has high expectations of what can be achieved and a genuine belief that all children can succeed
  • can continue to drive up standards across the schools
  • can uphold the strong ethos of our church schools.
