We are the UK’s first federated school where Boys, Girls and Sixth Formers are taught separately on the same site. Our federation has won national awards and enjoys state-of-the-art buildings and facilities in a completed £45 million redevelopment.

The successful candidate must be a Catholic in good standing with the church and will demonstrate:
- Commitment to developing and celebrating the Catholic life of the federation.
- Commitment to multicultural outreach.
- A clear understanding of the challenges of inner city education
- A proven track record of successful school leadership at Headteacher/Principal level.
- A thorough understanding of innovative educational developments.
- Excellent inter-personal and effective communication skills.
- A clear understanding of strategic and financial management.
- A proven track record of raising standards in teaching and learning, leading to measurable whole school improvements, within a consistent, caring, accountable ethos.
Visits are both recommended and encouraged; you will have the opportunity to meet with our current Executive Head and a Governor to answer any questions you may have.
