Bexhill Academy is seeking a leader to join the school during a period of success and opportunity. After this considerable turnaround, the Board is now looking for an outstanding leader with the ambition to take the Academy much further from Good to Outstanding and beyond.
The next Executive Principal will not only provide overall leadership to the Academy, but will also be expected to share the Board’s ambition to create a multi-academy trust across East Sussex. This is a broad, challenging role, which requires the post-holder to articulate a vision for the future and to transform the lives of young people through education. This person will be an exceptional leader, with a keen sense of ambition, energy and enthusiasm.
The successful candidate will be excited by the opportunities presented by an academy environment. They will support the Academy’s stimulating and diverse curriculum, designed to offer a challenge to all abilities. They will encourage students to take risks, whilst working creatively to make the best use of technology resources. The school also offers extensive support to those students who are gifted and talented, as well as those with Special Educational Needs, learning difficulties and disabilities.
