This is an excellent opportunity for a leader looking to build on their previous success to lead both schools to drive collaborative school improvement. As an Executive Principal, you will combine the autonomy of leading two schools, with the benefit of being part of a national group.

The appointment is to lead Orchard Meadow and Pegasus Primary Schools, two of the three schools within a local cluster of three Primary Schools. The schools are all based within the Blackbird Leys area in south Oxford, all within walking distance of each other. Together, this will enable high quality, bespoke school improvement and wider opportunities for both staff and pupils to work collaboratively across the schools.
As Executive Principal, you will need to model excellence and demonstrate a clear commitment to both of the schools and their communities. Your expertise and enthusiasm for education and the difference it makes to the lives of children and families will be evident each and every day, in all that you do.
