Wellspring Academy Trust is a growing Multi-Academy Trust in the North and East of England.

We require an exceptional leader with a vision for excellence and a track record of innovation and improvement to join our senior team.

Based in West Yorkshire, your will be a System Leadership role with a diverse and exciting portfolio that will include:

• Project Leadership of a brand new Primary School to be opened in Leeds in September 2018.
• Mentorship of recent to post Principals and Vice Principals.
• Leadership of professional development networks.
• Contribution to Trust CPD programmes.
• Deputising for some of the duties of the Trust CEO in the region.
• Relationship development with a wide range of stakeholders, including DfE and LA’s.

Knowledge of the Academies sector is an advantage, but not essential. The post holder will have the skills, expertise and confidence to bring influence to the Trust’s work with its wide range of stakeholders across the region.

The post presents an outstanding opportunity for a dynamic Leader who has the confidence and the energy to realise a vision for education in a region with the support of a strong and influential Multi-Academy Trust. Agility, adaptability, curiosity and a willingness to learn are essential attributes. You will be working as a key member of a dedicated and dynamic team that has very high expectations of itself and of one another.
