An exciting opportunity has arisen to work as part of a welcoming, talented and highly motivated team in an Academy Trust which provides an excellent education across two schools in Enfield and Finchley. We require an Executive Principal’s PA; to provide confidential and highly professional support to the Executive Principal who is responsible for the strategic leadership of the Trust and operational running of Wren Academy Enfield.

Wren Academy Enfield is the second school of the Wren Academies Trust. Having successfully opened in September 2021 it now has now grown to consist of two year groups and is located in temporary accommodation at Chase Farm, Enfield. It is then planned that as we grow further we will we will relocate into state-of-the-art permanent buildings on the Chase Farm Hospital site. Wren Academy Enfield is jointly sponsored by the London Diocesan Board for Schools and Berkhamsted School. This new school has been closely modelled on the successful Wren Academy Finchley which has enjoyed exceptional success since opening in 2008.

Wren Academy Finchley quickly developed a strong reputation for outstanding teaching and learning, as well as enabling students to make excellent progress demonstrated by our Progress 8 figure, which places us in the top 100 schools nationally. Since opening, the school has been awarded three outstanding Ofsteds and two outstanding SIAMs reports. All the factors that have led to the notable success so far are being put in place to ensure similar outcomes at Wren Academy Enfield.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
  • Exceptional organisational skills with an eye for detail which leads to a high level of accuracy
  • The experience to be able to work effectively with Governors and Director
