Job overview

Healing Multi Academy Trust consists of 2 secondary academies, 7 primary academies and a SCITT.

The Executive Principal will have responsibility for the leadership and performance of both the secondary academies within the Trust ensuring that the Principals receive an appropriate balance of challenge, support and professional development in order to either maintain or secure outstanding education outcomes for all students. Initially the role will be predominantly based at our secondary academy in Lincoln.

The new Executive Principal will have:

• A proven track record of effective leadership, strategic planning and clearly evidenced achievements in transforming educational provision as a Principal in at least one secondary school

• The creativity and innovation to inspire and lead change and the sharp focus to ensure successful outcomes are reached

• A strong belief in the power of education to transform lives

• The ability to lead curriculum development and teaching and learning to ensure all learners succeed

• A clear and committed strategic vision, combined with highly effective communication skills that will inspire, motivate and lead all key stakeholders
