The Role

Central Region Schools Trust (founded by The Royal Society of Arts) is in a phase both of strategic growth and continuing success. Our current nine schools (soon to be eleven) are across all phases located in the West Midlands and we are seeking to appoint an Executive Principal – Strategy & Standards. Applications are especially welcome from suitably qualified primary colleagues with a proven track record of system leadership. 

We are seeking to expand the capacity of our Executive Leadership Team and we are very excited to offer this opportunity for an inspiring senior leader with successful career experience to join us. 

The role will support our Executive Principal (CEO) and our Executive Leadership Team in developing and growing the Central Region School Trust (CRST), through working collaboratively with other Trust leaders. 

Both our Strategy and Standards agendas are ambitious; hence, you will need to show us that you have: 

• a sharing of our values, and a passion for social justice 

• proven track record of strong classroom practice; 

• substantial and successful record as a school leader; 

• the ability to improve, support and provide appropriate challenge to colleagues; and 

• high expectations of students.
