The Genesis Education Trust is an expanding collection of outstanding and good Church of England schools in east London with a fantastic track record of training and progression opportunities. We are looking to recruit an ambitious and dedicated Executive Principal 

This is an exciting opportunity for anyone who has the drive and expertise to lead our academies in teaching and learning, helping to take the Trust’s education impact to the next level. The Executive Principal will play an important role in leadership across the trust, in all academy schools. We have a regular Saturday school and holiday clubs so you must have a willingness to work some Saturdays and school holidays.

In this role the successful candidate will need to provide the vision and the professional leadership within GET, to raise standards, ensure high quality education for all its pupils and establish very high standards of achievement. In order for your application to be considered you need be an experienced leader, in a Head Teacher or Associate Head position, with experience of a range of Ofsted’s from Special measure to Outstanding and Section 48 inspection, at a senior level. You also need experience of leadership support, coaching and outreach work in developing teaching and learning.
