Our Headteacher, Mrs Toni Hayzen, has been in post since February 2022 and our school is on an incredibly exciting rapid improvement journey. We are seeking to appoint an experienced teacher who is also able to take on subject leadership and so this post is not suitable for ECTs. Reading could be available with a TLR for someone experienced in leading Reading or ready for the next step in their career. This position is likely to be in Key Stage 2.

We are looking for an individual who is:

• Passionate about developing their own expertise
• A team player, able to foster good working relationships with staff, pupils and parents
