Do you have what it takes to teach at the TBAP and be a part of the highest performing AP academy chain in the country led by Seamus Oates, an Executive Head Teacher of national standing?

This job is about more than teaching. It’s about turning around the lives of vulnerable learners. Yes, it’s a big challenge. But it’s also an inspiring opportunity to teach SEMH learners.

At TBAP Multi-Academy Trust, we already know what it takes to achieve results like that. The trust includes the Bridge and Courtyard AP Academies, which have both been judges ‘outstanding’ in all areas by Ofsted.

We are now recruiting for an experienced Teacher to join our Primary Intervention Team.

To post holder will provide early intervention for pupils with behaviour, emotional and social difficulties and support schools in developing their own capacity to respond more effectively to the needs of primary aged children with SMEH.

This individual will support the smooth running of a successful provision, delivering an interactive curriculum and managing the thinking behind our success! Learning is at the heart of our approach. Yes, we recognise the issues, difficulties and challenges that our students face. But we are absolutely clear they are here to make progress in their learning.

That vision will underpin your work as you take our approach and roll it out in this TBAP provision.

TBAP delivers Alternative Provision Education across four London Boroughs and in Cambridge. We have number of exciting programmes including a growing Teaching School Alliance, an innovative educational Residence and a 16-19 Academic AP Academy.

Are you an outstanding teacher with a passion for achieving the best possible outcomes for excluded learners and those with SMEH? Are you a teacher with an established track record of delivering excellence? Are you hungry for a new challenge? Would you welcome an opportunity to help lead an established AP academy to be ‘outstanding‘ and beyond?

If you share our vision and hopes for our learners, we would like to hear from you.

We are keen to interview candidates who are resilient, show initiative and believe they have the potential to deliver outstanding outcomes.

Please visit our website www.tbap.org.uk for application documents and more information about TBAP Multi-Academy Trust.

Closing date for receipt of applications: 30th April 2016
Interviews will be held week commencing: 9th May 2016
