The College currently has 650 students from 41 different nationalities across 6 continents, with just under 400 of those studying in Primary School, comprising Nursery to Year 6 classes. Our students are eager to learn, curious and creative and our families are highly supportive and keen to be involved.

Seoul is a modern, cosmopolitan city with an outstanding restaurant and arts scene, great hiking and sports opportunities, a fascinating history and an exciting fast paced future! Our staff enjoy travelling throughout Korea and the region during holidays and explore Seoul at the weekends via the extensive subway system. This is a very livable safe city with something for everyone.

Applications are invited from outstanding Early Years (for 3-5 year-olds) and Primary (Key Stage One and Key Stage Two) practitioners who are passionate about implementing an enhanced UK-based curriculum and extra-curricular programme in an international setting. We welcome applications from highly resourceful, forward-thinking professionals, able to function successfully in small teams.

Leadership positions may also be available in some areas of curriculum and for Year Leader positions. Candidates wishing to be considered for a position of responsibility should address this clearly in their cover letter.

At least 2 years teaching experience is required in the U.K. or overseas (preferably teaching the English National Curriculum), regardless of nationality. All applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education, or a first degree plus a post-graduate qualification in education (i.e. PGCE, or equivalent).

In return, successful candidates will be working in a dynamic, purpose-built setting with small class sizes and highly motivated students. Our Primary School is very well resourced and our facilities are outstanding, comprising cookery rooms, specialist art and STEM areas, ropes course, indoor pool, outdoor learning areas and gardens. Teachers receive an attractive salary (at generous tax rates) and a very competitive overseas benefits package, including: flight allowance; comfortable modern accommodation city accommodation; living allowance; freight allowance; comprehensive health coverage and tuition for up to two children at the school.

To apply for the position, go to www.indulwich.com or https://seoul.dulwich.org/ and lodge your application on-line by 16th November 2018.

Please note clearly in your cover letter which Key Stage you are applying for ie. Early Years, KS1 or KS2 and if you wish to be considered for a subject responsibility or Year Leader post should one develop.
