We are thrilled to announce an exceptional opportunity for a flexible and inspirational EYFS Lead Practitioner with experience teaching in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), starting in August 2025.

This position is a vital part of our revitalized leadership team, which is dedicated to guiding our distinctive school through its next phase of development and transformation. As the new EYFS Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our school during this exciting period of growth and innovation. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Leading Your Division: You will oversee the EYFS team (8 Teachers and 8 Teaching Assistants), fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional development and excellence in teaching.
  • Cross-School Leadership: You will provide operational and strategic leadership across the school, ensuring alignment with our overall vision and educational goals.
  • Curriculum Development: Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement an engaging and effective EYFS curriculum that meets the diverse needs of our learners.
  • Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with parents and the wider community to enhance the educational experience for all students.


We seek candidates who possess a minimum of 4 years of EYFS teaching experience, coupled with a demonstrated passion for early years education. Ideal applicants will bring energy, dynamism, and a strong commitment to our school’s values, especially the concept of ‘Confidence for Life’.
